iTech Capital Completes a Partial Sale of its TradingView Share

The transaction involved a secondary sale based on a valuation of $4.5 billion to HongShan Capital (formerly Sequoia China). The process was facilitated by the investment bank STJ Advisors, which assisted in identifying the buyer and negotiating the terms.
