We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager who will join our investment team. In this role you will be joining a small team split between our Cyprus and Riga offices. You will be immediately engaged in all levels of the investment business, from deal-sourcing to due diligence, research, negotiation and management of existing portfolio companies. The investment team’s structure is flat and collegial; therefore, we are quick to give increasing responsibilities to members who can prove themselves competent, capable and self-driven. You are expected to have the required skills and experience to quickly contribute to the running of the business.
