Ecwid, a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) e-commerce company. The Fund invested US$ 4,4mn in 2014. Over the decade, Ecwid has steadily built an expanding set of tools and signed up more than 1.5 million small businesses in more than 175 countries and supporting 54 languages. The exit was completed in May 2020, with a funding round of US$42 mn led by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital and PeakSpan Capital.
TicketlandMTS is a leading company in the Russian event ticketing market. The Fund invested US$ 10mn in 2013. During the time of investment, the company achieved a 10x increase in e-ticket sales and developed the most recognizable brand across the market. The exit was completed in 2018, with Ticketland Holding acquired by MTS, the largest mobile operator in Russia and CIS, for RUB 3.23bn.
TradingView is the world's largest social network for traders and investors. The Fund invested US$ 3mn in 2015. In 2018 iTech made a partial exit, by selling a stake to the Insight Venture Partners, a VC/PE fund with US$ 18bn AUM, together with Jump Capital and DRW Ventures, in a round worth US$ 37mn.
Bitfury is a full-service blockchain technology company headquartered in Amsterdam. The Fund invested US$ 10mn in 2015, and partially exited in 2017 with a sale to Credit China FinTech. In 2018 the firm again invested in the company through the iTech Fund II.
